Therapy Services
Licensed therapy services covered by insurance (some, but not all plans). I work with individuals, couples, and groups. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each client's needs, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies to promote clarity, resilience, and growth.
Areas I commonly help with: depression, anxiety, stress management, changing habits, adjustments and transitions, and overcoming fears and phobias.
